The material difference of melamine plate

From the cost considerations, the melamine board furniture for the family multiply use of fiber board and particle board for the substrate, higher grades are used to fine wood board (solid wood core) as the substrate of melamine board. In contrast, the performance of blockboard (solid wood core) is better than the previous two. The internal structure of the blockboard is uniform, the combination force is large, the deformation is small, the surface is smooth, and the nail holding power is strong. Therefore, the blockboard used as a substrate of melamine board is more robust and durable, more able to play the characteristics of the assembly type furniture. The texture of medium density board and particle board is relatively loose, poor grip strength, lower than the cost of the former.
