Production requirements of fire wooden door

1.The door frame and the door leaf which thickness greater than 50mm should use the double tenon connection. Frame and sash assembly. The groove should be closely fitted, application of rubber adhesive, and stepped up with plastic wedge.
2.Production of plywood door (including fiber door), and cross border edges must be in the same plane, the surface layer and the frame and the cross corrugated pressurized cementation. In the transverse flute and upper and lower rails of each drilling holes with two or more, to prevent damp degumming or heave.
3.The quality of making the fire wooden door shall be in accordance with the following requirements:
 a.The surface should be net light or matte, and shall not have scratches, burr and hammer printing.
 b.Linear frame and fan should meet the design requirements, cutting angle and welds should be smooth.
 c.Small material and short material plywood door and plywood or fibre door fan does not allow degumming. Plywood is not allowed to plane through the surface veneer.
 d.The allowable deviation of door production shall be in accordance with the relevant regulations.
4.When conditions are ripe, should assembly complete door and frame, install all the hardware, and then complete the installation. In general, you should first install the door frame, then install the door leaf.
5.After the wooden fire door completed, immediately brush bottom oil (drying oil), prevent moisture deformation.
6.The installation of door hardware shall comply with the following provisions:
 a.Hardware shall be fully installed, suitable for the position, fixed and reliable.
 b.The door hinge from the upper and lower ends should be 1/10 of the upright height, and avoid the upper and lower rails, the switch  should be flexible after installed.
 c.The hardware used wood screws, do not use nails instead. Should first hammer into the depth of 1/3, and then screw in, is strictly prohibited to enter the full depth. When the use of hardwood, should first drill 2/3 depth of the hole, the hole diameter of 0.9 times the diameter of the wood screw.
 d.Not in the head with the upright lock.
 e.Door handle should be located in the center of the door, the door handle from the ground to 0.9 ~ 1.05M is appropriate.
